Prepare lighting and gear takeoffs
Quote, order entry & tracking of the above projects with focus on elevated margin opportunities
Manage change orders to add profitability on all projects
Timely & accurate submittal preparation and submission
Establish and maintain market leading working relations with key customers & vendors
Process orders as well as all aspects of administrating and managing projects
Set industry standards for professionalism in accuracy, timely follow-up, on time & accurate submittals and in general, exceed our customer & vendor expectations
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in the electrical industry and product knowledge preferred
Commitment to constant improvement, teamwork. DIRTFT & DOTP attitude
Experience with MS Word and Excel based quotation spread sheets
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and math skills
Good follow up, prioritization, and organization skills
Strong leadership qualities and team spirit
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
Frequent visits to Plans Room, Contractor office, or Jobsite
Frequent computer and phone use
Full time position: Monday - Friday within current hours of business
Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business need evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
Salary & Compensation:
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
Pay is $73,000 to $93,100 annually, DOE.
