Global Market Insights: Consolidate market research efforts from the Insights and Analytics team on consumer trends, competitor activities, and regional preferences. Use these insights to inform global marketing strategies and help tailor global activations to specific local needs.
Integrated Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior team members to create integrated marketing strategies that connect various touchpoints (advertising, social media, content marketing, events, etc.). Assist in the integration of traditional, digital, and experiential marketing to deliver a unified brand experience.
Project Management: Help manage the day-to-day aspects of marketing strategy, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking brand performance and preparing reports for key stakeholders. Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for optimizations and future initiatives.
Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate a dynamic environment, adjusting quickly to changes in direction, leadership priorities, and business strategies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot and embrace new challenges, demonstrating resilience and commitment to success in the face of evolving business needs.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing communications, or a related discipline. Experience with global or multi-regional campaigns is a plus.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics, with the ability to apply them across various channels (advertising, digital, PR, events, etc.).
Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana.).
A global mindset with an appreciation for diverse cultures and regional market needs.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights that influence business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the consumer goods, tech, or lifestyle industries.
Experience working with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs.
Experience working with global stakeholders ensuring alignment across various teams while adhering to deadlines.

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:
$75,000 and $83,300
