This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with FAR and DFARS prime contract flow-down requirements, maintaining adherence to public law, and supporting the company's procurement integrity through policy enforcement, training, reporting, and metrics tracking.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of compliance experience in a government contracting environment, a bachelor's degree in business or related field, and a proven track record of managing purchasing systems and small business programs.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Ensure all purchasing and small business activities comply with FAR, DFARS, Public Law 95-507, and other applicable regulations.
Stay current with changes in federal acquisition regulations and communicate impacts to the organization.
Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of compliance experience in a government contracting environment.
In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, government subcontracting, and small business program requirements.
Demonstrated ability to maintain an approved purchasing system and manage compliance audits.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement systems.
Skills and Abilities
U.S. Citizenship is required
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), preferred.
Experience with the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS), preferred.
Experience with DCMA audits and CPSR preparation, preferred.

10-20% travel for training, conferences or supplier meetings may be required.
