    Position summary

    Your role

    Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will: Design and implement solutions within our product catalogs- Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice- to support the go-to-market strategy of the business.

    What you will bring with you

    You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

    For this position, you need to bring your bachelor's degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and a desire to learn how you can impact the go-to-market strategy through technical solutions at Spectrum.

    This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It's a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025. This internship is located in Maryland Heights, MO.

    Skills and experience required for this role include:

    • Basic level proficiency in software applications and technology

    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program

    • Ability to work 100% in office

    • Analytical skills

    • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written

    • Project and time management skills

    • Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
