    Position summary

    ew analysis methods to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions. You'll apply AI, natural language processing (NLP), and prompt engineering to optimize data retrieval, automate insights, and enhance decision-making. Working with large language models (LLMs), you'll refine prompts and explore AI-driven tools for text analysis and analytics dashboards.

    Your role includes data visualization and storytelling creating dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights. You'll also integrate user experience (UX) principles to improve data workflows, ensuring usability and engagement.

    • Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear business requirements for data analysis projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

    • Supporting the development of metrics, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to enhance data accessibility and usability.

    • Extracting, engineering, and preparing data for in-depth analysis and model development to optimize AI-driven interactions and decision making

    • Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze text-based data and derive actionable insights.

    • Interpreting complex datasets, formulating hypotheses, and developing analytical approaches to address business challenges.

    • Utilizing advanced visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to create compelling reports and dashboards that drive business insights.

    • Integrating user experience (UX) principles into data visualization, ensuring reports and dashboards are intuitive, effective, and industry-leading.

    • Staying current with emerging AI and data analytics trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks and solutions.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience:
      • Relevant technical or business work experience: 1 year or more
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Skills:
      • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python with the ability to build queries using operators and conditional statements.
      • Understanding of relational databases, data structures, and ETL processes for data transformation and extraction.
      • Exposure to NLP libraries and frameworks (such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API) for text processing and analysis.
      • Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts and their applications in data analytics.
      • Working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
    • Abilities:
      • Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

      • Basic understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools

      • Effective written and verbal communication skills

    The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
