Required Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1 year of sales experience or 2 years call center experience
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Charter Business products (Internet, video, music, data, telephone) will enable you to offer informed support.
Proficiency in understanding and explaining business telecom services.
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Empathy and professionalism to handle customer concerns with tact and understanding.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales knowledge of complex services such as Hosted Voice and Cloud Services.
Experience with CSG billing software.
B2B sales experience in telecommunications or premise-based voice and data products.
2+ years of call center experience in customer service and/or phone sales will empower you to excel in retaining business and addressing customer needs.

Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Technical skills: Can effectively trouble-shoot technical problems
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Skills: Knowledge of Charter Business Internet, video, music, data, and telephone products and services. Knowledge of Business Telecom complexities. Problem solver with effective persuasion skills
Abilities: Can demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date. Can empathize with the customer. Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented. Can show judgment and initiative. Can communicate in a clear, professional manner. Ability to use computer and software applications (i.e. CSG, Sales force, survey software)
Working conditions: Office work environment
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Call Center Experience in the areas of customer service and or phone/sales - 2+ years
CSG billing software experience preferred
B2B sales experience
Telecommunications or Premise Based Voice and Data product sales
