    Position summary

    esearch** and Insights you will develop and implement research plans that align with business goals and support strategic decision making for marketing and product strategies. You will lead and manage a senior manager and work as a team to support all cross functional teams within Spectrum Business.     WHAT OUR DIRECTOR, BUSINESS RESEARCH AND INSIGHTS ENJOY MOST

    • Spearheading B2B research, both quantitative and qualitative, providing insights, analyses and reporting across all Spectrum Business products and audiences.

    • Assuring quality of design, implementation, analysis and interpretation of those research projects.

    • Translating research data into clear and actionable insights.

    • Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

    • Establishing thought leadership and championing innovative methodologies while leading and developing a team to support Spectrum Business research initiatives and impact.

    • Efficiently and effectively managing research vendor partnerships.

    • Fully understanding portfolio of products across different business types and sizes to ensure accurate depiction and assessment in research studies.

    You'll seamlessly execute research to deliver actionable insights to drive growth and improved user experiences for Spectrum Business while serving as a trusted partner to marketing, product, sales, and other internal groups.     WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: Marketing/Consumer Research Experience 8-10 years. Management Experience 5+ years.

    • Education: Bachelor´s degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Management or related field.

    • Technical skills: Understanding qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications.

    • Skills: High level of critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Team and relationship building skills. Executive level report preparation.

    • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise. Can identify research necessary to address a multitude of business needs. Can prioritize and organize effectively
