    What you can expect in this role

    The work of our grad assistants will focus on talent data analytics and will support both the Talent Development and Human Capital Analytics teams.

    • Grad assistants will be exposed to various work across the Talent Development team and will perform advanced analysis of talent and human capital data and report on/visualize their findings.

    • Excellent consultative and presentation skills will be necessary as grad assistants will be independently interacting with stakeholders.

    • Specific to the Human Capital Analytics Team, a grad assistants may support/generate executive level ad hoc data requests; analyze predictive data and assess outcomes related to the employee exit model data set and the predictive index model; possibly utilize process automation or machine learning.

    • Work will be in the Charlotte office one day each week, plus additional hours remotely in alignment with grad assistant's schedule.

    Required qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Advanced Degree

    • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

    Preferred qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

    • Analytical skills

    • Collaboration skills

    • Communication skills - verbal and written

    • Drives results through effective project and time management

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
