    Position summary

    competitive prices and overall terms within the electronics and consumer premise equipment categories. You will continually seek out opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve business conditions. Working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, you will identify and define their requirements, and draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts. Your expertise in supplier relationship management will ensure that we maintain productive and mutually beneficial, and strategic partnerships over the long term.

    WHAT OUR PROCUREMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

    • Leading the negotiation and contract management of large-scale, enterprise-wide volume purchase agreements under the guidance of senior team members.

    • Leading cross functional supplier selection activities through management of formal RFP, RFQ and RFI processes.

    • Proactively strategizing with business and technical owners to understand the needs of the organization.

    • Continuously seeking out cost savings opportunities and leads efforts to realize those savings.

    • Performing required business analysis with a strategic focus on total cost of ownership.

    • Researching and developing adequate sources of supply.

    • Evaluating the financial stability of potential suppliers.

    • Performing required business analysis with a strategic focus on total cost of ownership.

    • Managing overall supplier performance - including, acting as an escalation point in the event of non-performance.

    • Developing a strategic category plan based on an understanding of business goals and objectives, the supply market and competitive benchmarking.

    As part of the Procurement Department, you will be a driving force behind the strategic sourcing and purchasing of goods and services that power Spectrum. Our expertise in securing the best possible price, quality, and overall value helps to ensure Spectrum's continued growth and success. Through strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, we work tirelessly to bring innovation and efficiency to every aspect of our procurement process.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the P2P process and ability to identify appropriate solutions for spend categories

    • Procurement contract negotiation and contract management experience - 3+ years

    • Electronic procurement and or contract solutions experience - 1-3 years

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred

    • Management or leadership experience - 3+ years

    • Strong analytical expertise, ability to derive working solutions from complex inputs

    The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
