    Position summary

    • Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals

    • Recommend solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures

    • Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs

    • Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources

    • Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience:

    • 5+ years of business analysis or related experience

    • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

    • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously

    • Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
