    Position summary

    g process optimization and approaching deliveries iteratively. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally, across multiple functional areas.

    • Partner with stakeholders and clients to articulate solutions to business issues.

    • Promote, track and ensure the ongoing use of digital capabilities.

    • Craft a vision for a digital product or short to long-term capabilities and convert them into a concrete strategy.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to define and maintain a backlog of detailed requirements.

    • Use market research to discover digital product and capability opportunities.

    • Guide communication plans to ensure adoption and engagement with digital capabilities.

    • Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.

    What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

    Required qualifications:

    • Experience: Five or more years of digital product management, development or related work experience.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

    • Technical skills: Experience with Agile software development teams.

    • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.

    • Abilities: Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change; Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Telecommunications industry experience working with enterprise clients.

    • Experience with Pegasystems workflow
