Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in full-stack .NET development, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysis, and quality assurance, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes.
10+ years of experience in enterprise-level web application development, with a focus on full-stack .NET technologies (C#).
5+ years of experience managing development teams within an Agile SDLC model.
Proficiency in industry-standard software development tools, including Jira, Git, Microsoft DevOps, and Slack.
Deep technical expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, cloud computing (e.g., AWS), and JavaScript-powered web applications (e.g., React/Redux, Angular).
Strong understanding of advanced SQL Server practices (e.g., SSIS) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others to achieve common goals.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
