    WHAT OUR SR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

    • Serving as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

    • Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation

    • Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations

    • Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports

    • Preparing cost analysis for project teams, Project Leadership, or department leadership

    • Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives

    • Developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions

    You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll monitor and drive project performance by implementation project management best practices. You'll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: Project Management: 5 or more years

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

    • Abilities: Read, write, and speak the English language in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

    Hybrid Schedule - Four in-office days weekly
