    Position summary

    • Identifying coordinator performance issues and working with your manager to design, implement and administer performance improvement plans

    • Managing the interview and selection process for Recruiting Coordinator positions

    • Managing and delivers training and on-boarding for newly hired coordinators

    • Respond to issue escalations in a timely manner and performs other duties as required

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: Recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resources 3+ years. Microsoft Office suite 1 year. HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systems

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Technical skills: Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processes

    • Skills: Project management skills. Practical analysis and problem-solving skills. Influencing and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.

    • Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. Can interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.

    • Travel Ability: Onsite Office environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior ATS experience preferred (iCIMS)

    • Supervisory or leadership experience 5 years
