et prioritization and project timelines based on company goals and operational bandwidth
Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell within our house of brands
Collaborate with Audience Strategy team to ensure engineering of data elements necessary to power campaigns are appropriately prioritized
Work with Campaigns team to align on campaign production roadmap and refine go to market processes
Interface with Senior Leadership Team, representing CRM work, communicating results and gathering input
Maintain customer journey documentation and keep key stakeholders informed
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data
Inspire the business to be customer-centric by contributing to business-wide understanding of metrics, performance and journey principles
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of demonstrated success in a CRM and/or customer journey focused role within marketing
Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
Impeccable attention to detail, time management skills and strong work ethic
Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $175,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
