You'll Get To...
Build out and improve customer-facing support products and services end-to-end
Collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners to create a user-focused experience
Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. automated testing, code reviews, and writing beautiful, readable code, documentation, software design, RFCs)
Encourage the technical growth of your team and teammates

Who We're Looking For
Experience with Javascript and fullstack development, preferably ReactJS and Python, but open to similar frameworks and OOP languages
Familiarity of Java, GCP and Kafka is a plus.
6 to 10+ years of experience building and managing reliable, usable, and performant full stack applications
Experience using different types of datastores such as Postgres, Mongo, Redis, and Elasticsearch
An understanding of best practices across software lifecycle, from development to deployment and testing
Interest in collaboration through code reviews and technical discussions
