Fullstack Senior Software Engineer, Help Experience

You'll Get To...

• Build out and improve customer-facing support products and services end-to-end

• Collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners to create a user-focused experience

• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. automated testing, code reviews, and writing beautiful, readable code, documentation, software design, RFCs)

• Encourage the technical growth of your team and teammates

• Keep our product updated with the latest technologies

Who We're Looking For

• Experience with Javascript and fullstack development, preferably ReactJS and Python, but open to similar frameworks and OOP languages

• Familiarity of Java, GCP and Kafka is a plus.

• 6 to 10+ years of experience building and managing reliable, usable, and performant full stack applications

• Experience using different types of datastores such as Postgres, Mongo, Redis, and Elasticsearch

• An understanding of best practices across software lifecycle, from development to deployment and testing

• Interest in collaboration through code reviews and technical discussions
