Be a trusted advisor to Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls and Procurement identifying pain points, defining functional requirements, and delivering business solutions that lead to measurable outcomes
Facilitate structured workshops to capture, document, and prioritize requirements and transformation opportunities
Lead functional testing to ensure that solutions meet design intent and goals before UAT with Finance SMEs
Improve automation and simplification by identifying opportunities to refine processes, reduce manual work, enhance data accuracy, and embed automation and analytics into daily operations
Champion process integrity across the finance ecosystem through ensuring end-to-end workflows (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to report and tax compliance) are efficient, connected, and compliant
Strengthen governance and compliance by partnering with internal controls and audit to ensure configurations, access, and data remain accurate and compliant
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and other partners to deliver integrated, reliable, and insight-driven Finance processes
Mentor and build functional capability by guiding analysts and process owners design with quality, consistency, and scalability in mind
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (with focus in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field)
8+ years of progressive financial systems or business process design experience with at least 5 years leading finance transformation projects
Experience with core Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, and Procurement)
Experience leading functional design or process optimization initiatives across Finance systems using Agile methodologies
You can connect requirements to scalable, sustainable functional designs
Analytical and stakeholder management skills
Experience documenting and explaining problems and solutions
You have worked in an environment that balances operational stability and transformation
ERP or EPM Implementation experience

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
