You'll Get To...
Translate business goals into holistic solutions and strategies in partnership with Media, Data Science and Engineering
Scope and operationalize advanced measurement programs such as incrementality testing, attribution, MMM and LTV
Define and govern experimentation standards, processes, and tooling to ensure consistency and rigor across teams
Scope and operationalize self-service reporting and automation for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Diagnose topline and channel performance to identify growth drivers, ROI inflection points and optimization opportunities
Guide planning and forecasting in partnership with senior leaders, grounding investment decisions in data
Deliver clear, strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Evangelize emerging industry trends, methods, and technologies to drive innovation and best practices
Mentor and coach peers to uplift analytical quality, collaboration, and velocity across teams
Who We're Looking For
8+ years in a marketing analytics or data science role, with experience across direct response and brand channels and topline business performance
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and shaping media strategy through decision frameworks
Expertise in advanced measurement approaches such as incrementality testing, attribution (including in-house models), MMM, causal inference and LTV
Experience building scalable, self-service testing and reporting solutions
Strong foundation in statistical methods, forecasting and predictive analytics (e.g., audience modeling, bidding optimization, churn/retention models)
Hands-on experience with large datasets, SQL and statistical tools such as Python or R; knowledge of dbt
Knowledge of media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Affiliate networks, SEO tools, etc.) and digital marketing processes
Fluent storyteller and presenter who can handle open-ended questions and distill complex information into strategic insights and recommendations
Someone who is proactive, outcomes-oriented and comfortable operating with high visibility and accountability

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
