er with People Operations, IT, Recruiting Operations, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and roadmap
Work with HR process owners to configure systems for annual HR processes and continuous enhancements (e.g., performance and compensation reviews)
Serve as project manager for new system rollouts and enhancements
Take a hands-on approach to configuring HR systems
Develop team capabilities and ensure high standards of technical execution
Actively engaging in design, testing and deployment activities to ensure scaled and effective solutions
Align stakeholders to collect and articulate system requirements
Understand People team programs, environment, and processes and leverage your prior HR experience to help design forward-looking configurations, workflows, and system functionality in partnership with leadership and key stakeholders
Develop a plan for short- and long-term maintenance of data in tables (i.e., job codes) to be used by the People Operations and Recruiting Operations teams
Partner with the Internal Controls team and People team process owners to establish procedures and serve as the point of contact for audits of internal People data and processes
Manage third-party vendors and oversee system integrations
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of HR systems initiatives
Who We're Looking For
6+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRIS or People Technology roles
4+ years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration of business processes, EIBs, calculated fields, reports, and security roles
Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships and system integrations
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve system efficiency and user experience
Experience in both private and public sector environments is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
High level of data accuracy and attention to detail; advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with project and task management tools such as Asana and JIRA

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
