Measure the holistic impact of CRM incentives and touchpoints (e.g., email, push, in-product) on acquisition, cross-sell, retention and other outcomes
Develop predictive models and analyses to shape audience strategy and improve targeting, personalization and engagement
Present recommendations to partners across several levels
Promote best practices among peers and partners
Who We're Looking For
5+ years in an analytics or data science role supporting CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
Experience influencing CRM strategy, planning and performance through data analysis, decision frameworks, and test-and-learn programs
Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets using SQL; knowledge of dbt
Experience applying predictive analytics (e.g., propensity modeling, clustering, lookalike audiences) for segmentation and targeting
Experience using statistical tools like Python or R
Knowledge of CRM processes, tactics (e.g., email, push, SMS, in-product) and platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce)

Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $170,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
