Maintain strong relationships with landlord security, building wardens, and local emergency services across all office locations.
Who We're Looking For...
10+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or a relevant government security agency.
5+ years of corporate physical security leadership, including direct support to C-suite executives.
Demonstrated expertise in:
Strong communication, presentation, and executive presence
Composed, clear-headed, and decisive under pressure
Availability for on-call response, including evenings, weekends, and special events
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
A strategic and trusted professional who leads with integrity, discretion, and operational excellence. You bring deep experience, sound judgment, and calm leadership to complex challenges-advising executives, mitigating threats, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and resilient workplace. Cash Compensation Range: $153,500 - $247,250 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
