Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

rate with TA Partners and other Talent Coordinators on managing recurring tasks and projects, e.g. interviewer calibration

• Build relationships with teams across the company and seek improvement and implement interview process changes across departments

• Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview schedule to offer

• Partner with TA Operations Leads on strategic projects to improve the Recruiting process

• Support the Talent Acquisition team by managing pieces of other tasks such as: audit and compliance, documentation

• You're a Senior Coordinator with 3+ years of experience

• You are social and genuinely enjoy working with others

Cash Compensation Range: $64,500- $103,500 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
