• Write code that orchestrates the infrastructure to securely, quickly, and reliably serve millions of websites. You will create, own, and operate important distributed systems that allow Squarespace to deploy code safely and quickly.

• Share our on-call rotation to assess complex problems in real-time.

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Java

• 3+ years of experience building large-scale software and distributed systems in *nix environments using technologies like Kubernetes, VMware, GCP/GKE, Terraform, and Ansible.

• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Native Computing Foundation tools like Envoy and Prometheus, plus related technologies such as Grafana, Drone, and HashiCorp Vault.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools

Cash Compensation Range: $110,500 - $178,250 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
