w applications, add new features to existing applications and maintain the health of our diverse tech stack. You'll work on projects to help our Customer Operations advisors and work with the team to implement technical improvements and help develop the team's technical strategy.
You will report to the Engineering Team Manager of the Help Experience team. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office 3 days per week. This is a geographically dispersed team between NYC and Dublin.
You'll Get To...
Build and improve customer-facing support products and services end-to-end
Collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners to create a user-focused experience
Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. automated testing, code reviews, and writing beautiful, readable code, documentation, software design, RFCs)
Keep our product updated with the latest technologies
Who We're Looking For
3 to 5 years experience with 2+ years of experience programming with Javascript required (We use React)
Experience with frontend architecture and best practices for maintainable code
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with A/B testing, Agile development, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Interest in collaboration through code reviews and technical discussions
