Software Engineer - Java, Help Experience

applications, add new features to existing applications and maintain the health of our diverse tech stack. You'll work on projects to help our Customer Operations advisors and work with the team to implement technical improvements and help develop the team's technical strategy.

You will report to the Engineering Team Manager of the Help Experience team. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office 3 days per week. This is a geographically dispersed team between NYC and Dublin.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable backend services with Java to support millions of users.

• Solve high-volume, production-level challenges to ensure our systems are fast, efficient, and reliable.

• Collaborate with top engineers, designers, and product teams to create features that enhance user experience.

• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of critical systems that power global businesses.

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience with Java.

• Well-experienced in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

• Experience with large-scale software systems.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
