    Position summary

    ll management, design, administration, communication, compliance, activities and vendor management. The Director will manage, plan, direct, develop, communicate and coordinate the work activities of the department. Ensures all plans adhere to current regulations and support the company's strategic objectives. Demonstrate an understanding of market dynamics, key competitor compensation and benefit plan designs, and industry trends. Innovate overall plan design and administration to address industry dynamics and to attract and retain talent. The priority is to ensure that the company's compensation, benefits and processes , plans, programs and tools (and the data and information that support them) are competitive, cost effective and most importantly support the various business strategies, enhance organizational capability and foster employee engagement. This role will provide excellent customer service, ensure systems and processes are efficient, customer oriented and support the needs of the businesses.

    This position carries global responsibilities and encompasses strategic, analytical, and operational functions. The incumbent must have a high degree of credibility and demonstrate his/her ability to add value with all levels of leadership and will partner closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless, expertise-driven experience for business executives. This position is responsible for handling and maintaining confidential and sensitive information, acts with discretion and is accountable for legal and regulatory compliance.

    In this role as Global Director Total Rewards, you will have the following key responsibilities:

    Strategy & Design

    • Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

    • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and talent strategy.

    • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures.

    Compensation:

    • Oversee base pay, incentive plans, executive compensation, and equity programs.

    • Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary structure reviews.

    • Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure budget alignment and data accuracy.

    Benefits:

    • Manage health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.

    • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefit offerings based on employee needs and market trends.

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

    Recognition & Engagement

    • Design and implement employee recognition programs that reinforce company values and drive engagement.

    • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and external consultants.

    • Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on total rewards programs.

    Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure all programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

    • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation and benefits programs.

    Stock Plan Administration:

    • Responsible for the board resolutions as they relate to the Compensation Committee of the Board.

    • Work in conjunction with Accounting & Payroll to ensure compliance of all aspects of the company's equity compensation plans including the granting and exercising of stock options.

    Qualifications

    For this role as a Director Total Rewards, you should have:

    • 10+ years of overall HR experience with 5 to 7 years of experience focused on Global Benefits/Compensation design and management

    • Background in finance or financial analysis, with the ability to apply financial insights to compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy.

    • Previous experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board

    • Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing benefits and compensation

    • Experience supporting or leading HR initiatives during acquisitions or divestitures preferred, with an understanding of integration, transition planning, and change management.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree required in a Human Resources related discipline, advanced degree or a degree in Finance

    • Experience working with in a mid-sized company owned by private equity

    • Previous International Experience in the UK, Australia Canada and China

    • Previous SaaS based company experience

    • Certifications - CCP, CEBS

    • Strong Leadership, communication, analytical, financial and written communication skills

    • Ability to collaborate and work across the organization

    Salary Range: $160,300 - $220,375 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
