Adjust job schedules based on technician availability, customer readiness, and field conditions.
Track cancellations, no-access issues, and reschedules in real time and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Support field employees with task management as needed in both training and production.
Review survey and inspection documentation (photos, checklists, notes) for completeness and accuracy before handoff to other teams.
Flag missing or incorrect data and coordinate with field staff to obtain corrections quickly.
Support closure of open tasks or follow-up items that block downstream progress.
Act as a communication hub between field teams, regional leadership, schedulers, and other internal departments.
Provide updates on job status, technician availability, and pipeline risks.
Respond to internal inquiries about job progress, completion status, or documentation needs.
Utilize up-to-date tracking tools (Google Sheets, Salesforce dashboards, etc.) that reflect accurate field performance and status.
Ensure FICs, survey forms, and inspection documentation are properly submitted and routed.
Assist in tool inventory or equipment requests as needed to support field continuity.
Ensure that all appropriate daily tasks are closed out by field employees in a timely manner.
Support the entry and maintenance of performance logs, safety records, and completion trackers.
Pull daily and weekly reports for leadership on field productivity, rework volume, and inspection outcomes.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks tied to project and technician workflows.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical coursework preferred.
1-2 years of experience in field operations, construction coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask across priorities and teams.
Proficient in GoogleSuite (Sheets, Gmail, Drive), Excel, and task management systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience working with solar, construction, or home services scheduling preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Ability to travel locally to offices or job sites occasionally, if needed.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$95,519.97 to $127,359.96
