Position summary
degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics & Communications

M.Sc. in ML related fields is a strongly preferred.

Proven experience working on ML/AI projects building customer facing products

People management experience.

Hands-on experience in building ML pipelines, deploying models to production, and optimizing ML systems.

Proven experience in delivering end-to-end ML solutions, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of models in production.

Proven ability to mentor, guide, and motivate a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.

In depth understanding of at least one or more of the following: classical ML models, deep learning models & LLM.

Familiar with recent generative AI research.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

Strong SW Engineering background.

Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
