Channel Sales Manager (North & Central Vietnam)

• Work closely with the partners to execute the activities as their plan.

• Work with Marketing to ensure pipeline coverage.

• Ensure sales forecast accuracy, and ensure updates are applied to SFDC, for the portfolio of Partners .

• Help coach Partners through co-selling and sales competency enablement to advance sales cycles .

• Work with Partners to understand enablement requirements to maintain current abilities and extend into new identified opportunities, create an enablement plan with each partner .

• Coordinate the delivery of enablement plan, sales training, business operations development, technical training, and marketing development.

• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.

• Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standards required by Siemens .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Computer Science or Business Administration.

• Minimum 10 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships

• Software company background is preferred.

• Must have a Manufacturing domain experience.

• Excellent communic ation in English

• Any additional languages except Vietnamese would be an advantage.
