Work closely with the partners to execute the activities as their plans.
Work with Marketing to ensure pipeline coverage.
Ensure sales forecast accuracy, and ensure updates are applied to SFDC, for the portfolio of Partners.
Help coach Partners through co-selling and sales competency enablement to advance sales cycles.
Work with Partners to understand enablement requirements to maintain current abilities and extend into new identified opportunities, create an enablement plan with each partner.
Coordinate the delivery of enablement plan, sales training, business operations development, technical training, and marketing development.
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standards required by Siemens.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.
Minimum 10 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships.
Software company background is preferred.
Must have a Manufacturing domain experience.
Excellent communication in English.
Any additional languages except Vietnamese would be an advantage.
