Coach and mentor Partner personnel to advance Partner productivity throughout the sales cycle, in particular through stuck deals ensuring appropriate resources are provided in support of Partners. Works on projects/assignments of medium to high scope.
Works under self management.
Qualifications:
At least 5 year experience in sales, major account sales experience,EDA, CAE, PLM or related field
Education BSEE or BSCS, Top tier university graduate
Consecutive year good sales performance of making number
Excellent English speaking and communication skill
Experiences in multi-national companies a plus
Sales training such as TAS, Solution selling, competitive selling as plus
