Work with L3 on the escalated issues

Develop Knowledge Management database for solved issues
Requirements:
Preferably have around 7-10 years of PLM solutions/Teamcenter/Enterprise Software Support experience with minimum 5 years supporting a manufacturing customer production instance.
Preferably possess Siemens PLM Teamcenter solution skills to do Teamcenter installation in distributed environment, Teamcenter custom template installation using BMIDE, FMS configuration, distribution, dispatcher configuration, doing active workspace installation and configuration, NX and SolidEgde CAD integration.
PLM/Teamcenter triaging with strong analytical, systematic problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability in performing root cause analysis with industry technics and sharing the solutions.
Scripting knowledge in Perl or Batch scripts and DBA knowledge on Oracle/MS SQL would be useful.
Catia, AutoCAD and ProE CAD Integration with Teamcenter will be an added advantage.
Good to have: ITIL & AWS Cloud Certifications, mentoring of junior team members.
Team player with a good learning attitude to learn new things.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferably in Japanese and Mandarin
Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge
Willing to work on call basis during any holidays.
