Senior QA Test Engineer

• Understand FPGA-Based Prototyping and Multiple FPGA Partitioning challenges and qualify new tool features to address them.
• Test and validate the flow from ASIC design to FPGA implementation.
• Develop test plans and execute tests for new product features, including HW-SW co-simulation, Power-Aware verification, and memory modeling.
• Utilize simulation, formal verification, and emulation solutions for FPGA design verification.
• Participate in various testing phases throughout the release cycle.
• Validate new FPGA board architectures and HW interfaces.
• Integrate customer designs and use cases into the testing environment.
• Maintain build and regression infrastructure.
• Report and validate defects, prioritize fixes, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Implement and monitor qualification techniques such as static code analysis.
• Evaluate tool capabilities compared to competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong grasp of Digital concepts and RTL Design/Verification.

• Proficiency in Hardware Description Languages: VERILOG/VHDL or System Verilog.

• Hands-on experience with FPGA flow and tools like Vivado/Quartus.

• Familiarity with scripting languages: Shell/Perl/Python.

• Independent worker with adept testing method selection.

• Knowledge of Siemens EDA Tools and Quality Assurance Concepts.

• Understanding of Testing Strategies, Automation Tools, and Defect Tracking Systems.

• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and share knowledge effectively.
