Key Responsibilities:.
Working with key business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
Reviewing best practices for performance metrics across Siemens DI SW.
Establishing key metrics and building dashboards to identify IT solutions' business impact, strategic alignment, stakeholder satisfaction, operational excellence, and solution adoption rates.
Help drive internal IT operational efficiency and reporting initiatives.
Chief of Staff Support - Project and program management with possible opportunities in the areas of CPQ+, SherpaX, and SXMP
Executive Staff - Provide meaningful KPI data to assist with resource planning and selection of future IT initiatives.
Budget planning - Support the information gathering, consolidation, prioritizing of resource data used for preparing budgets for FY27
We are looking for candidates who bring:
A Master's Degree, in one of the following fields of study: Information Systems, MBA, or closely related field.
A strong background in software or technology will be a plus.
Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
No more than 3 - 4 years of successful experience in a related, professional work environment

Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments
Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of information technology.
Skills and competencies required include but not limited to:
Project management, Horizontal leadership, Leadership, Executive Communication, Networking & Relationship Building, Planning & Execution, Technical Learning, Financial Acumen
Excellent command of English
The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $168,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
