SMB Market Research Intern (2025)

The SMB Market Research Intern will assist the SMB Program team on identifying emerging markets across industries - through a small and medium business lens. As a member of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible in gathering insight into where market opportunities exist globally, define sub-industries to target by zone, and document recommendations by leveraging AI capabilities and analysis tools for market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal organization and vendors to gain valuable insight into SMB market

• Collaborate with sales to identify emerging markets for SMBs and startups

• Assess and identify subsegments across industries that are ideal targets for sales and marketing efforts

• Identify key focus areas across zones and countries through engagement with indirect sales channel

Organizational Requirements:

• GPA of a 3.0 or higher

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship from the company

• Major in Business / Marketing / Communications preferred

• Strong, polished oral, written communications and presentation skills

• Basic understanding and working experience with Microsoft Office tools
