    Sustainability Center of Competence Intern

    Join Siemens' Sustainability Center of Competence as an intern and help shape the future of sustainable innovation across industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore global sustainability trends, government regulations, and competitive strategies while contributing to impactful marketing and communications initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content and messaging that drives awareness and action around sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research on sustainability trends and benchmarks

    • Analyze government sustainability requirements across various countries

    • Identify strategies to meet regulatory standards across multiple industries

    • Research competitor sustainability initiatives and positioning

    • Support marketing and communications efforts related to sustainability

    • Develop engaging content to educate and inspire internal and external audiences

    • Integrate sustainability messaging into broader Siemens marketing campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Strong research and analytical skills to conduct market and regulatory analysis across global regions

    • Ability to interpret and synthesize government sustainability requirements across industries

    • Familiarity with sustainability concepts, environmental regulations, and industry benchmarks

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support marketing and content development

    • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical sustainability topics into engaging messaging

    • Experience or coursework in engineering, environmental science, or technical marketing is a plus

    The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
