Tech Lead (AI/ML)

• Spearhead strategic technical initiatives, providing thought leadership and fostering innovation within cross-functional teams.
• Engage directly with key stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product direction through technical expertise.
• Design and develop scalable software systems, with a focus on AI/ML integration and optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's with equivalent experience considered).
• Software development experience with proven expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.
• Strong track record with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI technologies (OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace).
• Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Preferred:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications

• Track record of successful technical leadership in AI/ML projects

• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML
