Key Responsibilities
Determine specific vision and strategic objectives for partners based on the overall Siemens Software Solutions goals and objectives in APAC
Work closely with APAC country partner teams and the global partner team at Siemens Industry Software
Carry out partner ecosystem assessment with countries and formulate plans of action for the systematic development and support of partners, aligning APAC business targets with country and partner business planning
Development of partners to continually improve their sales, marketing and technical capability, with scalable programs and initiatives leveraging and aligned with the Siemens Industry Software global partner program
Development of partners to encompass all relevant partner types, who are selling, servicing, or building SaaS solutions. This will include resellers and Alliance partners
Drive both development and recruitment initiatives across APAC and in country to ensure sufficient partner capacity and portfolio coverage to meet the needs of the business
Ensure the continued development of Country Partner Teams to ensure partner managers are kept up to date to work effectively with partners
Build and maintain strong relationship with country partner teams and main strategic partners and ensure high satisfaction level for partners working with Siemens
Collaboratively establish or identify best practices in working with partners, that may be found in country or zone and promote as necessary within the partner ecosystem
Monitor progress and efficiency in achieving its objectives
Develop operating plans and capital budgets and manage actual expenses within budgets.
Skills and Abilities Required
Strong leadership and coalition building skills in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment; along with the ability to manage complex cross organizational, cross company interactions
Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude and desire to build a high-performing team and business
Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others
Highest levels of written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution
Education and Experience Requirement
The right candidate will be both strategic and analytical, and possess 10+ years of partner sales management experience
Experience working within a software or digital services business is highly desired
Knowledge and experience of partner software sales and ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Degree required: MBA, Masters or equivalent executive level experience
