The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to two Singapore-based Senior Managers and assist with administrative tasks within the Global Safety and Security and Workplace Experience team.

This position involves frequent contact with a variety of people at all levels within the organisation and external stakeholders and vendors. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Flexibility is required depending on business needs.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
