As a Senior Analyst - HR Solutions, you will serve as a key HR contact for associates and managers in Hong Kong and across the APAC region. You will manage end-to-end HR processes, resolve complex operational issues, and ensure accuracy, data integrity, and a seamless employee experience. Your strong HR knowledge, problem-solving skills, and comfort with complexity will be essential to your success.

To thrive in this role, you are resilient, adaptable, and tech-savvy. You bring strong analytical capabilities, use data to drive insights, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the digital HR experience. You navigate shifting priorities with ease and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Solutions, ideally in a regional or multinational environment.

• Strong HR operations knowledge, including employment regulations and lifecycle processes.

• Tech-savvy, interested in digital HR solutions, continuous improvement and process automation.

• Ideally familiar with Workday or similar HRIS systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret HR data and generate insights.

• Resilient, adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build trust across teams.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
