    Position summary

    bject matter expert (SME) on the participant audience and the purveyor of the vision for ICanRetire through objectives-based marketing plans, audience learning agendas and supporting scorecards to drive the test, learn and optimization process.

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
