• I have at least 7 to 10 years of experience working in financial services in a marketing role.

• I enjoy collaborating across functional lines to deliver a common goal and have experience managing marketing plans in a matrix environment.

• I have outstanding written, presentation and storytelling skills, including keen listening skills.

• I have a learn quickly, fail fast mentality and the desire to exceed expectations.

• I'm highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to combine strategic direction with hands on tactical execution.

• I am highly responsive and flexible to requests from clients, business partners and the cross-functional team.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
