You have led projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when you've enlisted the collaboration of others, sifted through large data sets, re-prioritized, strategized, tailored communication, embraced conflict and identified critical issues.
You have experience as a manager and have successfully managed projects that included multiple stakeholders.
You are familiar with business case and problem statement development and understand the importance of being nimble and pivoting as needed when project plans shift.
In identifying and aligning top priorities, you'll encourage trade-offs that facilitate decision making.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $135,876-$230,989
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $122,367-$208,024
Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $121,188-$206,020
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $124,514-$211,674
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
