    As a summer associate, you will analyze and interpret internal and external data that provides decision support to senior management of North American Client Group (NACG) on business initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

    As a Business Analysis Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to identify and document business requirements and data needs.

    • Develop and deliver a wide range of reports and analyses to support various departments and business groups in making business decisions and achieving their business plans.

    • Summarize analysis by organizing findings into actionable conclusions and recommendations.

    • Track and measure the success and effectiveness of various sales or marketing campaigns and programs.

    • Provide quantitative analysis of industry, customer, and market conditions to identify opportunities and gaps.

    • Create analytical models to support sales-generating business initiatives, including prospecting and retention

    • You are a current student pursuing a Master's degree in a related field with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.

    • You are proficient in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and reporting (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, SPSS, and web tools for data mining).

    Southern California Base Hourly Rate: $40/ hour

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
