You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field with an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
Highly composed while navigating obstacles and/or change
Clear, concise, and thoughtful communication with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Ability to clearly assess capabilities with the drive to develop and take on new challenges
Notable success working collaboratively and autonomously
Well-organized with acute attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Deep interest in learning and mastering sophisticated wealth planning subjects
Hourly Rate: $30.50/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
