    Position summary

    r rotational program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The program is focused on developing the skills relevant for investment management roles. Providing development opportunities through hands-on experience, structured training, and ability to work with and learn from experienced investors. Associates with exceptional performance and have successfully completed the program will be promoted to roles with our investment units or investment-related groups.**

    We look for candidates with a strong interest in investing, which can be demonstrated through:

    • Academic studies.

    • Investment/finance related internships.

    • Extracurricular activities on/off campus, such as leadership roles with investment or finance clubs and participating in stock pitch competitions.

    Who should apply?

    Undergraduate or master's students in their final year of study (non-MBA) and those with up to 1-year of related experience post-graduation are invited to apply.

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $84,021-$134,434

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
