Client Relations Manager, Asia ex Japan

Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing our overall relationships with the institutional clients. You will ensure excellent client experience for all aspects of client servicing support and reporting. Setting the tone by modeling Capital's core values, you will help build, develop, and maintain a strong effective team in driving the business forward.

• You have a minimum of 15 years of institutional client service experience in client facing roles within the Asset Management industry, and at least 8 years in a people management capacity.

• Proficiency in Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) both spoken and written is preferred.

• You have solid experiences in building effective teams, and driving engagement across diverse group of people, skills and perspectives in achieving common goals.

• You have a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and building strong customer relationships.

• You have effective communication skills that conveys a clean understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

• You have flexibility to travel.

• You have experience managing complexity, balancing multiple stakeholders and building networks inside and outside the organization.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
