management of Group Policies
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of Windows-based systems
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows systems and applications
Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect Windows environments from threats and vulnerabilities
Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architectures, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to support and integrate Windows systems with other technologies
Ideal candidate should have:
A strong service orientation with a can-do attitude, adaptive to change with a real passion for the End User Computing technology space
Demonstrated systems engineering mindset with the ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving, driven by data and understanding tradeoffs
Solution development experience demonstrating elements of rigor, design, operational oversight and accountability for products owned and operated
In depth knowledge of End User Computing technologies:
In depth knowledge of concepts, procedures, and techniques for using and supporting End User Computing devices in an enterprise environment:
Strong listening, reasoning, facilitation, and objection handling skills
Strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent time management skills
Effective communications with all levels of leadership, and proven record of successful projects, in partnership with business stakeholders
Experience managing performance of technical resources

6+ years of experience in End User Computing, with strong engineering and operational support
A four-year degree is preferred
Experience in the financial industry is desired
Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $126,573-$202,517
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
