10+ years of experience managing Disaster Recovery for complex and integrated systems.
Accountable for core disaster recovery operationally: including infrastructure execution (on-premise and cloud) and via automation across all critical application areas.
Accountable for regular testing (game days) of the disaster recovery practices and remediation of any issues.
Lead a program that will define, build, and run our disaster recovery capabilities.
Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure & Security to establish repeatable patterns that mitigate disaster recovery risk.
Establish and regularly communicate metrics-based reporting on all disaster recovery activities with clear success criteria, KPIs/KRIs and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support Global Risk and their requirement to report to regulators on our disaster recovery efforts.
Establish disaster recovery teams, operating model, and book of record for all disaster recovery related data.
Partner with Global Risk & Security as disaster recovery scope evolves based on regulatory demand (i.e., DORA, MAS, etc.) and ensure all appropriate documents and standards remain up to date.
Inspire and empower matrixed teams through openness and inclusion to think broadly about disaster recovery gaps, informed consultation, and effective challenge.
Manage work across organizational lines to address competing priorities and achieve results.
Establish processes to monitor and maintain disaster recovery lifecycle activities.
Manage and oversee to ensure audit related disaster recovery activities are completed in a timely manner.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $193,464-$328,889
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $174,229-$296,189
New York Base Salary Range: $205,099-$348,668
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
