As a Relationship Specialist supporting enterprise clients, you will partner with account leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute enterprise‑level business plans that deepen relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and support Capital Group's distribution objectives.

You will partner closely with enterprise account leaders to develop and execute customized business plans aligned to client priorities and enterprise strategies.
You will analyze client intelligence and feedback to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and shape initiatives that drive stronger partnership and results.
You will build, manage, and deepen relationships with key enterprise clients through consistent engagement and thoughtful collaboration.
You will support regional and national marketing strategies, aligning campaigns, product initiatives, and solutions with enterprise client objectives.
You will represent Capital Group in meetings, conferences, webinars, and forums, serving as a presenter or facilitator as needed.
You will serve as a point of contact for service, support, and education, coordinating internal resources to meet enterprise client needs.
You will maintain accurate client intelligence within relationship management systems and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and execution.
You have experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales‑related roles within the financial services industry.
You demonstrate strong knowledge of wealth management solutions, financial markets, and enterprise distribution models.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You hold the required securities registrations (SIE, Series 7 and 66 or equivalent).
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% of the time

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
