Requirements:
5+ years of experience with portfolio analysis and attribution.
Strong understanding and experience with calculating, validating, and interpreting portfolio investment results, attribution analysis, benchmark analysis and transaction / holdings-based analysis.
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. functions, charting, and pivot tables) to draw insights and develop compelling exhibits that effectively support the marketing messages for CG products.
Solid experience with FactSet Portfolio Analysis (PA3). Other results-related systems including B-One / Bloomberg / Rimes / Morningstar Direct / eVestment is an advantage.

Client focused with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoying working with a wide range of business groups.
A keen focus on developing best practices, improving efficiency, enhancing capabilities, and mitigating risks.
Experience in a wide range of projects including enterprise-wide initiatives, performance / attribution system enhancement, client onboarding and product launch.
Preferred but not essential:
Good working knowledge of analyzing data via SQL or data visualization tools including Power BI
Demonstrate experience and skills in leading projects and resolving cross-group business issues
Experience in Multi-asset or Fund of Funds products
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
